Indian Weddings

Photo Story:

I captured this moment while working as an event content creator at a South Indian wedding recently. After the ceremony was complete, the couple stepped outside for portraits in the golden hour light.

I’m truly in love with Indian culture, especially South Indian traditions. The richness of the colors, the symbolism in every detail, and the way love is celebrated. I also drew inspiration from the recent trending South Indian wedding of the Tamil actors Vijay Devarakonda and Rashmika Mandanna that took social media by storm. The elegance, the heritage, and the romance in their photos inspired me to recreate that same timeless, cinematic feeling for this couple. This was definitely one for the books.

I’ve been interested photography for as long as I can remember

How they discovered their passion for photography:

It stemmed from being the designated family photographer at most gatherings and birthdays. From there, I automatically took a liking to capturing content and events.

1. "The Master At Photos Contest" is a Competition fully sponsored by The Next Star Talent Hunt, a product of Balloon Technologies SA LTD. An Organization acting in compliance with International laws and the Laws of the Republic of South Africa.

2. It is an Online Talent Competition, which finds its operandi similar to other talent competitions like the America Got Talent show, The Big Brother Africa, MTN Project fame among others.

3. Registration to Participate in "The Master At Photos Contest" is Completely FREE. Note this.

4. Like in every other Contest, "The Master At Photos Contest" enshrines prizes for Its Winners.

1st Position: A Brand New Camera, A Premium Plaque and a Monetary award of R20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rand only)

2nd Position: A Monetary award of R4,000 (Four Thousand Rand only)

3rd position: A Monetary award of R2,000 (Two Thousand Rand only)

5. Winners of "The Master At Photos Contest" are selected by a Simple-Majority Voting system.

6. The Voting system entails a transparent form of anyone visiting a contestant voting link and then voting for them. 1 vote is R7 (Seven Rands only). And anyone can vote for a contestant as much times as possible.

7. Payment made as Vote on any Contestant (while in contest and afterwards) would not be refunded.

8. In the Policy of enjoining Transparency, Live updates on scores of each Contestant, are made Public and available on the Contest’s website via https://masteratphotos.co.za/contest - coupled with personalized mails and text messages forwarded to each contestant daily.

9. As by Law, Participation in "The Master At Photos Contest" is completely Voluntary and Contestant can discontinue at anytime, with the Caveat of Votes counted, being lost and not refunded.

10. "The Master At Photos Contest" acts in Good faith in Accordance with International Laws and the Laws of the Republic of South Africa.
