Photo Story:

The shark in this photo was saved after being tangled up in a fishing net and was being nursed back to full strength at an aquarium. However once I got into the water I realised how majestic it was to actually see a shark silhouette from below and even though this was in an aquarium I can only imagine how much more intense a moment like this must feel in the wild. I had to capture the beauty of the moment so I swam back up to get my phone in a Ziplock bag (I don't have a camera) and fiddle around for a while as I'm sure you can imagine how difficult it might be to take a picture underwater while your phone is in a plastic bag.

How long has Caden Kethwari loved photography:

I have loved photography ever since I got my first phone and could take pictures, unfortunately cameras are a bit out of my price range but hopefully this competition can change that.

How they discovered their passion for photography:

I always found it fascinating to be able to capture the beauty of a single moment in time and have it last forever.

1. "The Master At Photos Contest" is a Competition fully sponsored by The Next Star Talent Hunt, a product of Balloon Technologies SA LTD. An Organization acting in compliance with International laws and the Laws of the Republic of South Africa.

2. It is an Online Talent Competition, which finds its operandi similar to other talent competitions like the America Got Talent show, The Big Brother Africa, MTN Project fame among others.

3. Registration to Participate in "The Master At Photos Contest" is Completely FREE. Note this.

4. Like in every other Contest, "The Master At Photos Contest" enshrines prizes for Its Winners.

1st Position: A Brand New Camera, A Premium Plaque and a Monetary award of R20,000 (Twenty Thousand Rand only)

2nd Position: A Monetary award of R4,000 (Four Thousand Rand only)

3rd position: A Monetary award of R2,000 (Two Thousand Rand only)

5. Winners of "The Master At Photos Contest" are selected by a Simple-Majority Voting system.

6. The Voting system entails a transparent form of anyone visiting a contestant voting link and then voting for them. 1 vote is R7 (Seven Rands only). And anyone can vote for a contestant as much times as possible.

7. Payment made as Vote on any Contestant (while in contest and afterwards) would not be refunded.

8. In the Policy of enjoining Transparency, Live updates on scores of each Contestant, are made Public and available on the Contest’s website via https://masteratphotos.co.za/contest - coupled with personalized mails and text messages forwarded to each contestant daily.

9. As by Law, Participation in "The Master At Photos Contest" is completely Voluntary and Contestant can discontinue at anytime, with the Caveat of Votes counted, being lost and not refunded.

10. "The Master At Photos Contest" acts in Good faith in Accordance with International Laws and the Laws of the Republic of South Africa.
